Le Boat’s ownership program allows committed cruisers to enjoy up to 10 weeks of cruising per season in Canada and Europe. Le Boat will charter out the boat when the owner isn’t using it, giving the owner a guaranteed income of six percent of the purchase price each year-paid monthly, regardless of charter activity. What’s more, Le Boat offers a guaranteed buy-back of 50 percent of the initial cost after a seven-year period, meaning that investors will know their exit value and options from the beginning.

Alternatively, owners can give away their vacant weeks as gifts to friends and family or to increase their income, they can even sell some of their allotted weeks for holidaymakers to use in the low season.
