LE BOAT SCOOPS GOLD AT THE TRAVEL MARKETING AWARDS

Le Boat Gold Award

Feb 16, 2021

Le Boat gas received a Feefo Trusted Service award, which shines a light on businesses who demonstrate outstanding service to their customers. Winners are decided based on the ratings they receive from their customers. To win the Trusted Service 2021 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st 2020 and December 31st 2020, and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4. Congratulations to the Le Boat team on your dedication to outstanding service!

‘Feefo is an independent and impartial review service who request reviews from our customers. Le Boat is very proud of all positive feedback our customers are posting online, said Lisa McLean, North America Sales and Marketing Manger.’ The feedback and reviews we receive from our customers are very important to us – they help us to continually improve our operations, product offerings and deliver the very best vacation experience. This means you can find out what other people think about their Le Boat experience, and trust that what you read is unfiltered, unedited and uncensored.’

‘We are especially proud of the five-star positive reviews posted for our newest destination, the UNESCO World Heritage Rideau Canal in Ontario Canada’, said McLean. Jennifer Cooney posted  ‘Boats are absolutely perfect for enjoying the Rideau Canal with family. Staff was great! I could not think of a better way to enjoy Thanksgiving weekend than spending time on a boat with family this year.’ Kimberly Chapman posted ‘The boat was new and clean with all of the amenities necessary for a very comfortable vacation. Doug did a great job showing us the boat. The cruising grounds south of Smiths Falls were wonderful. We enjoyed tying up at a different locations each night and meeting the other boaters.’

If you are considering a boating rental vacation this year with Le Boat, we suggest you book early.  Travel experts are predicting staycations and more independent vacations will be the continuing trend for 2021. The reports from a variety of travel experts suggest that increased demand for travel close to home will continue well into 2021 and even if travel restrictions are lifted, availability for all travel products may be limited due to the pent-up demand and the high number of refund vouchers & travel credits that need to be used by the end of 2021. Both of these factors mean there could be limited inventory available for the summer of 2021, Mclean suggests travellers should take advantage of Le Boat’s early booking incentives and book now so you get your first choice in travel dates and not be disappointed.

Le Boat has introduced extra COVID Safety Policy at all their bases that outlines specific cleaning and social distancing measures. Le Boat has also stepped up in these uncertain times to offer booking terms that are as flexible as possible. You can book with confidence with Le Boat, knowing that you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure with their Go Boating With Confidence policy.
