MALIBU BOATS COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF PURSUIT BOATS FROM S2 YACHTS

Malibu Boats, Inc. (Malibu), a leading global manufacturer of recreational fiberglass boats, announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Pursuit Boats (Pursuit) for total consideration of $100 million.
