Mercury Marine Canada announces an organizational expansion

Mercury Marine Canada announces an organizational expansion and realignment across its group of businesses including Mercury, Land ‘N’ Sea and Paynes, to enhance its customer focus and meet the needs of an expanding Canadian marine industry.  These changes are effective immediately.

·       Sales will be led by Eric Nelson, shifting from his role as Vice President P&A to the Vice President of Sales.

·       The formation of a Supply Chain function, led by Iris Andrew, will consolidate planning and inbound supply to improve visibility of marine demand in this fast-paced environment. 

·       The formation of a Category function will lead product strategy, market intelligence, and focus on the overall customer experience.  This function will be led by a new Category Director.  David St. Laurent will shift focus from sales to fill the new Category Manager – Propulsion position. 

·       The Distribution Operations will be led by Chris Emary and will span all distribution centers across the country. 

·       Other functions in Human Resources, Finance, and Service will continue current leadership and reporting structure in place.
