MISSION CRITICAL ELECTRONICS ACQUIRES XANTREX MOBILE POWER ASSETS FROM SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC

Mission Critical Electronics is announcing the acquisition of the global leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of advanced power electronic products and systems for the mobile power markets, operating under the brand Xantrex. This company was part of the Solar activity of Schneider Electric. Financial details of the transaction are not disclosed.
