MUSTANG SURVIVAL ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP OF THE NASBLA BOAT PROGRAM’S OFFICER WATER SURVIVAL COURSE

Mustang Survival

Mustang Survival is pleased to announce a three year exclusive sponsorship program with the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) Boat Operations And Training (BOAT) Program’s Officer Water Survival Course.

As part of the BOAT program’s Officer Water Survival course, maritime law enforcement officers will receive hands-on experience to prepare for survival in the water – either by an unexpected fall or during an altercation. As part of the sponsorship, students in the OWS course will be outfitted with Mustang Survival PFDs designed for the Public Safety and Law Enforcement category.

NASBLA is a national non-profit organization that works to develop public policy and educational standards for boating safety in all 50 states and the U.S. territories. Recognized by the U.S. Coast Guard, NASLBA’s BOAT program is the national standard of training and certification to ensure the readiness of state, local, and federal law enforcement and emergency response boat crews throughout the country.

The BOAT program provides vital maritime programs including basic crew member training, search and rescue training, and tactical operator training for the protection of ports and critical infrastructure.

“We are extremely proud to be supporting the NASBLA BOAT Program’s Officer Water Survival Course. As a solution provider to this user community, this sponsorship is a fantastic opportunity to both demonstrate our support to the personnel who use our products on a daily basis as well as showcase our products within this important user community. ” comments Dave Abt, Business Development for Mustang Survival.
