NEW BC MARINA BENEFITS FROM HIGH-SPEED BOAT LIFTS

The luxury facility recently replaced its marina, tripling space for guests and a neighboring new, upscale condominium development. Local contractor Shoreline Pile Driving installed 54 ShoreStation lifts at the new marina, ranging from 6,000-8,000 lb. capacities. In addition to enhancing Manteo Resort’s experience for customers, each new condominium at The Lakeshore at Manteo development includes a slip with a ShoreStation Hydraulic Boat Lift. Shoreline reports that this benefit recently helped close a condo unit sale.

Phase I of the Manteo Resort marina project consisted of installing 100 new slips, including the 54 ShoreStation DC-powered hydraulic lifts. Phase II will add another 34 slips.
