This year we have two keynote speakers lined up to kick off the Conference:

Jack Springer, CEO of Malibu Boats, has assembled a team that has taken Malibu from the depths of the marine depression to one of the most successful companies in the marine industry and executing successfully on an Initial Public Offering (IPO) earlier this year. During the course of his five years at Malibu, Mr. Springer has led the Company to birth and grow a new brand in Axis Wake Research; establish a clear strategy, year-by-year to create or strengthen competitive advantages for Malibu in every business area; led a Product Team to completely re-write and rejuvenate the product concept, development and go-to-market processes which resulted in new product on time, on budget and with ROI in months; and built the best distribution within our segment.

Kris Carroll has led Grady-White Boats to the front rank of the industry through her steadfast belief in putting the customer first, and through building a great management team. Under her guidance, Grady-White’s mission of customer satisfaction is achieved through building one-to-one customer relationships. Focus on customer satisfaction for Grady-White is proven by the fact that Grady-White has been ranked at the top of customer satisfaction surveys in every third party measure of customer satisfaction ever done in Grady’s categories in the marine industry; this includes 11 top rankings from the National Marine Manufacturer’s Association (NMMA) and the highest ranking in every marine study done by J.D.
