Regal Boats Promotes Third-Generation Leader Paul Kuck to President

November 25, 2025

Regal Boats, a premier global manufacturer of luxury performance boats from 20’ to 50’, today announced the promotion of Paul Kuck to president. He becomes the third-generation family leader of the privately held company founded in 1969 by his grandparents, Paul and Carol Kuck, succeeding his father Duane Kuck who has served 30 years in this capacity and remains aboard as CEO.

Kuck grew up in the business, with his first job during high school as an intern in Regal’s IT department. In 2008, he came aboard full time while attending the University of Central Florida where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Over the past 17 years, Kuck has gained a wealth of cross-departmental experience in various leadership roles including Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Director of Product Development & Marketing, Vice President of Product Development & Manufacturing, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer, all of which have contributed to his deep understanding and appreciation of Regal’s culture, customers, products and people.

“Watching Paul grow through the business — from a student intern to a respected leader — has been one of the greatest privileges of my career,” said Regal CEO Duane Kuck. “God has truly blessed our family and our company over these 56 years. I’m grateful to have served as president for three decades; to continue as CEO; and to work alongside Paul as he steps into this new role. His passion for boating, his commitment to people, his broad experience and his faith-driven leadership have well prepared him to navigate Regal into the future.”

As president, Kuck will focus on expanding Regal’s product leadership; further elevating both the ownership experience and team development; strengthening customer and partner relationships; and enhancing the company’s high-performance, value-driven culture.

“It is an incredible honor to serve as president of the company my grandparents founded and that my parents faithfully advanced,” said Kuck. “I’m thankful for the foundation of faith and purpose that has shaped Regal from the very beginning, and for the opportunity to build upon the company’s long-standing legacy of innovation, craftsmanship, relationships, faith and an unwavering commitment to excellence. What inspires me is not just the boats we build, but the memories they create for families around the world.”
