RMI Holdings Announces Strategic Acquisition of 38-Acre Merritt Island Boat Manufacturing Facility, Accelerating Long-Term Growth

RMI Holdings, the parent company of Regal Boats, proudly announces that it has signed a contract to acquire a 38-acre, 170,000-square-foot waterfront boat manufacturing facility in Merritt Island, Florida. Located just 44 miles from its Orlando headquarters, this strategic acquisition positions RMI Holdings for significant long-term growth and operational expansion. 

This purchase aligns with RMI Holdings’ broader growth strategy, ensuring the company is prepared to seize future opportunities within the dynamic marine industry.

In parallel to the Merritt Island acquisition, RMI Holdings is also making a substantial investment in its Orlando headquarters, expanding the manufacturing facility by over 88,000 square feet. This expansion will bolster production capabilities, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional boating experiences through its Regal Boats brand.
