So much opportunity

June 22, 2021

Last week I participated in one of the many new opportunities that have emerged from the COVID-19-driven shift to online communications and “Zoom” meetings. It was the ABYC Fuel Systems webinar, it was free and it was excellent. There is so much opportunity for learning and education right now that it is quite amazing and staying with ABYC for a moment, they recently commented on how dramatically participation in their programs had increased.

There is far more on the horizon too.

In this week’s edition of Boating Industry Canada News Week Digest, we have a story about a free webinar offered by the MRAA entitled, Ask the Expert: Marketing When You Have No Inventory. What a great topic! For those who sign into the webinar, the recording will be available to view on-demand for the next month or so. See the story (below) in this week’s News Week Digest.

This is a great subject and it addresses a critically important issue around how we as an industry, can capitalize on the current hot market and convert new boaters to life-long boaters.

We will make every effort to bring these future business development and learning opportunities to you in News Week Digest. However, the challenge for all of us will be how to keep up with our current business demands while somehow finding the time to attend the many webinars and seminars that are becoming available.

I’d say it’s a good problem to have!
