VIRTUAL TORONTO INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW IS OPEN ALL THIS WEEK

TIBS Virtual

Jan 19, 2021

Supported by a major attendee marketing program, the Toronto International Boat Show (TIBS) opened Monday, January 18 and runs through to Sunday, January 24th.

A major part of the Attendee marketing program was the outreach to over 70,000 members of the Captain’s Club who have been receiving the consumer newsletter, providing great content on the upcoming show. Social Media audiences make up another 30,000 followers. They have been ‘liking’ and sharing posts about the Virtual Show.

Consumers are being made aware that this year’s show is…”A whole NEW way to get ready for YOUR boating season!”

A media buy on Toronto radio stations launched January 9, and commercials can be heard on 680 News, Sportsnet 590/The Fan, TSN 1050, CFRB NewsTalk 1010 and Q107. Other advertising includes Power Boat Television on Global TV, plus industry magazines and newsletters.  A PR campaign across Ontario is also underway.

FREE Admission opened last week and well over 15,000 registrations were in by Friday, January 15. As of Saturday, January 16, Consumers got access to the Virtual Show to preview exhibits, products, seminar schedule, start to navigate the site and plan their Virtual Live visit beginning on Monday January 18.

Still, it’s not too late for exhibitors to take advantage of the online promotional tools available to exhibitors.

Simple instructions make it easy to incorporate these banners into your digital newsletters, websites and social media platforms.  There is also a commercial you can use or share.
