The International BoatBuilders' Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), taking place September 29 – October 2, 2014 at the Tampa Convention Center, has announced that the show floor is sold out.  The event will host 510 exhibitors, of which 102 are new for 2014, on a show floor that will be nearly 100,000 square feet of exhibit space, dock space, and on-the-water demonstrations, three new pavilions, and special feature areas including The Connected Boat and Material Connexion.
 
"The industry understands the power of IBEX," said Anne Dunbar, IBEX Show Director. "IBEX is where the future of boating begins and offers attendees thousands of new products, hundreds of hours of continuing education and dozens of networking opportunities making the event the leader in marine innovation and technology." "The show floor is officially sold out and we have started a waiting list," added Tina Sanderson, Sales Director for IBEX.  "Any company interested in exhibiting should contact us immediately to get their name added to the wait list. Space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, and we will do what we can to accommodate as many companies as possible between now and opening day."
 
The event will feature three pavilions on the show floor focused on Electronics; Composites; and Compliance, Standards, and Education as well as the IBEX Conference including the Seminar Series and Super Sessions.  and The Connected Boat offering the latest in electronics and system installations..  This year the event will also feature on-water exhibits and an outdoor demonstration area. On the show floor attendees will have the opportunity to gain knowledge through hands-on, live demonstrations and education including the Exhibitor Workshop Theatre, The Connected Boat and Material ConneXion.
