Call for presenters at Advanced Textiles Expo 2025 now open

Advanced Textiles Expo has opened its call for presenters for the 2025 expo and will accept submissions until Feb. 28, 2025.

Advanced Textiles Expo is organized by the Advanced Textiles Association (ATA) and will take place at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Ind. on Nov. 5-7, 2025. Emerging Technologies pre-conference will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Session content
The expo will offer five education content categories:

            • Advanced Textiles

            • Shade & Weather Protection

            • Specialty Fabrics

            • Marine Fabrication

            • General Business

ATA is looking for 25- and 50-minute sessions. The 25-minute sessions will be on the show floor Nov. 5-7 covering any of the above categories and should be concise. Sessions should be interactive, casual and focus on discussions. The 50-minute campfire sessions will be held on the show floor Nov. 5-7 covering any of the education content categories above. 50-minute classroom sessions are also available in the Emerging Technologies Category, which will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Sessions are to be educational and not intended to promote one’s product, service or company. Content is to be unbiased, neutral and non-commercial. Priority for proposal acceptance is given to ATA members, sponsors and exhibitors, followed by non-members who can offer unique and relevant educational content. Please note: Being an Advanced Textiles Expo sponsor/exhibitor or ATA member does not guarantee acceptance for a speaking slot.
