If you were a 2024 show exhibitor, you should have already received your renewal application for the 2025 show. Make sure to check your email inbox!

If you are not locating it in your emails, please let show organizers know right away!

Take advantage of the Early Bird Rate and SAVE!

The Early Bird Rate applies to the 2024 exhibitors, (as well as exhibitors who were not in the 2024 show and prospective new exhibitors). Any exhibitor who wants to receive the Early Bird rate for the 2025 show will be required to return their signed application and 25% deposit by August 1.

Applications and deposits received after August 1st will be contracted at the 2025 Regular Rates.

It is important for all 2024 exhibitors to let us know what your Space Request is for 2025 by the August 1 renewal deadline.

Note: only space requests with a signed application and a deposit will be considered during the planning and allocation process.  After August 1st, show management will begin working on space requests for location changes and increases.

We genuinely want to make sure everyone’s requests are included, and we need to hear from you so that your needs are not left out of our planning.
