The first partner in this initiative is the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), which will provide participants with opportunities for well-rounded learning experiences. CCL is recognized as a top-ranked global provider of leadership development and a pioneer in the field of global leadership research. ATA members will receive a 5% discount off any applicable CCL program.
“Having experienced many leadership development programs over the course of my career, I feel that it is an important benefit that our association offers to its members to continue to develop team members,” said Amy Bircher, President/Owner of MMI Textiles, Inc. and ATA Board of Directors Chairman. “There is an opportunity to participate in these course offerings with other industry members and enjoy a discount through your ATA membership. It is an important time to foster individual growth as part of your commitment to workforce development and employee retention.”
Steve Schiffman, President and CEO of ATA states, “I had the opportunity to participate in CCL’s Leadership Development Program a couple of years ago. It was timely and inspiring, and I leverage the insights and tools learned there nearly every day. My group consisted of leaders from companies of all sizes and the content was relevant to all of us. I highly recommend taking advantage of their offerings. Worth every penny.”
