America’s Great Loop Cruisers’ Association returns to in-person events!

AGLCA Looper Lifestyle

June 25, 2021

Join the America’s Great Loop Cruisers’ Association (AGLCA) this fall in Charleston, South Carolina, September 10-11, 2021.

Connect to the foremost resource on Great Loop Cruising: A Guide to the Looper Lifestyle through the America’s Great Loop Cruisers’ Association.

Canadian Yachting Media has three free memberships available – if you are one of the first three readers to email jillsnider@kerrwil.com and say, I want to join the America’s Great Loop Cruisers’ Association – we will give you a FREE one-year membership.

Members of the AGLCA are eager to return to in-person events, and they are thrilled to welcome you this fall to AGLCA’s Home Port of Charleston! Members rated Charleston the #1 city on the Great Loop and you’ll want to come in early (or stay longer) to enjoy some of what our city has to offer.

This Looper Lifestyle event is an introduction to the Great Loop. The first day focuses on finding and buying your perfect Great Loop boat. On the second day, we move into practical advice for planning and preparing for your own Great Loop adventure. You’ll hear from industry professionals as well as Gold Loopers (members who have completed the Loop).

Registration and Lodging:

The price for this seminar is $139 per person, and includes a one-year AGLCA membership per registrant (so a couple who shares a membership and both register for the seminar will receive a two-year membership).

AGLCA has arranged a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites adjacent to the Charleston Area Convention Center (the site of the event). The group rate is $159 per night, and a $10 per day parking fee will be assessed. Room rate includes complimentary hot breakfast and evening reception.

If you are flying in, the Embassy Suites provides a complementary shuttle service to and from the airport. You will be close to many shops and restaurants and only 10 miles from the heart of downtown Charleston.

Additional details and registration links will be available July 9th at https://greatloop.org.
