Climb aboard sailboats on display in the water and on land at the Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show on Friday, April 26, 10am – 6pm, Saturday, April 27, 10am – 6pm, and Sunday, April 28, 10am – 5pm in Annapolis, Maryland at the City Dock. New and brokerage boats, including catamarans, monohulls, family cruisers, daysailers, and blue water sailboats all available.

Learn to sail or cruise into the sunset with classes and four daily seminars available during the Annapolis Spring Sailboat Show. First Sail Workshop allows first time sailors to learn the basics, and experience the joy of sailing in a 45-minute classroom session, immediately followed by 90 minutes on the water with American Sailing Association accredited instructors provided by Sailtime and Freedom Boat Club. The Cruisers University curriculum offers a complete range of cruising topics for all levels and experience to help you prepare to live aboard a boat and begin your boating adventures with confidence. Courses include marine weather forecasting, navigation techniques, diesel maintenance, heavy weather sailing, budgeting and more.

Fear not the cost of winter storage, with summer right around the corner, visitors will be able to buy and launch their new boat and enjoy the first good boating weekends of the season. Since the new model year begins each summer, spring is a great time to buy– low prices, packaging, and monthly financing options are all around. Related services such as boating clubs, charter companies, insurance firms, and lending institutions are represented at the show as well. Shop the latest in navigational equipment, high-tech electronics, inflatables, boating accessories, clothing, and gear. Duncan Peacock, resident of Kitimat BC and member of Kitimat Marine Search and Rescue and RCMSAR Unit 63, has been awarded the 12th annual Tim Jones Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Outdoor Community in British Columbia.

Peacock has been a member of Kitimat Marine Search and Rescue and RCMSAR Unit 63 for 31 years, making him one of the longest-serving members in the province.

Initially created in partnership with the UK Sea Cadets to replace their aging fleet, designer Jo Richards and the RS Sailing development team wanted to make sure the RS Quest was built to break the mould.
