BOOT RETURNS IN 2021 WITH “REBOOT YOU BUSINESS” MOTTO

BOOT

July 14, 2020

With the new motto “ reboot your business”, boot will once again be the international business platform for motor and sailing yachts as well as recreational surfing and diving  from January  23 – 31, 2021 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.  “Our intention with the ‘reboot’ slogan is to demonstrate to the manufacturers that we are by their side. They will find that boot Düsseldorf 2021 is the ideal place for networking successfully and doing good business,” explained boot Director Petros Michelidakis.

Renowned companies such as Princess, Azimut and San Lorenzo from the luxury yacht segment have already booked space at the world’s leading water sports trade fair. Other participations include German market leaders Hanse and Bavaria as well as Greenline (pioneer of alternative drive concepts) from Slovenia from Slovenia and Starboard (one of the major board manufacturers).

“This means that boot is right on track. The industry is experiencing strong demand, driven by the trade fair this year”, said Petros Michelidakis. Robert Marx, President of the German Federal Association of Water Sports Industry, added: “We started the year highly motivated after a very good trade fair in January. The Corona crisis of course set the industry back, but the signs for a successful water sports summer are good. I believe that people will learn to love this form of sports in particular and look forward to boot 2021 as a source of inspiration for the entire international sector. It is indispensable for us as manufacturers”.

The boot organizer Messe Düsseldorf will start the new trade fair season in Düsseldorf on September 4 with CARAVAN SALON (RV and camping trade fair).   The event will take place in accordance with the Corona Protection Ordinance of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.  Messe Düsseldorf has developed a hygiene concept with concrete measures in close cooperation with the authorities. Petros Michelidakis: “This will ensure that our exhibitors enjoy the professional environment they are accustomed to for their business.”
