JOIN THE EMPLOYER OF CHOICE (BICEOC) AWARD PRESENTATION AT TIBS

BICEOC Award

Jan 8, 2019

Join us at TIBS at 4:00pm, Friday, January 18th in the Heritage Court for the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) Award presentations.

The Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) Award is the industry’s only Made-in-Canada recognition for employers in the recreational marine industry.

This award program helps address some of the major challenges facing the marine industry today – attracting and retaining top talent. The seasonal nature of the industry and remote work locations are making it even harder to hire and keep staff. To reverse these trends, employers need to start developing “employer of choice” strategies that, not only attract and retain, but also engage and inspire their workforce.

Join us for the brief Employer of Choice Awards presentations and congratulate your peers who joined the program and helped to make a career in boating a more attractive choice for young people.

There is no cost to attend this session.
