Princecraft Boats Honored with Employer of Choice Award for 5th Consecutive Year

BICEOC

Feb 15, 2022

Continuing its legacy of high employee satisfaction and premium aluminum boat designs, Princecraft Boats has been awarded the Employer of Choice Award by the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BICEOC) award program for the fifth consecutive year. The award, which is historically presented during the annual Toronto Boat Show, was announced virtually this year.

“We are honored to once again be recognized with the Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice Award,” said Rodier Grondin, President, Princecraft Boats. “This award is especially meaningful as it correlates to direct feedback from our employees, who have continued to remain committed to delivering exceptional products and the highest level of craftsmanship, despite the ongoing challenges of the pandemic. On behalf of all of us at Princecraft, I am incredibly honored and proud of our team.”

The Boating Industry Canada Employer of Choice (BBEOC) Award is the only made-in-Canada recognition for the country’s recreational marine industry. A weighted scoring system is used to determine the winners. The Company Profile accounts for 50% of the overall evaluation score. The Employee Commitment Survey represents the remaining 50%. All participating companies must achieve a minimum of 75% combined score on the assessment to claim the award.

The association is very well supported and virtually any significant marine electronics company that you could name, was represented there on the Exhibitor list at the Expo as well as all being NMEA members and very supportive of the organization.
