Maher also played an instrumental role in manufacturing more components in-house to further vertically integrate the company and control quality. He has also encouraged the purchase of state-of-the-art equipment and technology that has resulted in the expansion of Indmars’ brand and reach into new industry segments and manufacturing disciplines. These contributions have driven steady growth and ensure Indmar will stay on the forefront of innovation and continue to deliver award winning quality products.

“Over the last decade, Maher has built an impressive track record of strategic, operational accomplishments,” said Chuck Rowe, President of Indmar Marine Engines. “He has proven to be a successful leader that has a strong reputation for developing people and inspiring teams.  His wealth of experience in the automotive engineering industry and his time as an entrepreneur will continue to be valuable assets as Indmar prepares for accelerated growth.” Rowe further explained, “Tim Maher’s leadership experience coupled with his strategic thinking and proven ability to deliver results made him the right person to help execute Indmars’ strategic 5-year plan and continue to drive sustainable growth.”

“Indmar has a rich history as the innovator, a strong brand that customers trusts and are loyal to  – and one incredible team that has made it all possible,” said Tim Maher, Chief Operating Officer of Indmar. “My vision is to continue this tradition, but expand our footprint even further.  Learn from our past yet don’t look back and never sit idle.  Keep our eye on the future and continue to do what we do best, but better.”  Maher further explained, “It’s been incredible to experience Indmars’ growth over the last 10 years – I am honored and appreciate the opportunity to lead our team as we prepare for the next 10-years of sustainable growth. “

Before joining Indmar, Maher worked in the Automotive Engineering industry. In 2005, he started his own company, T & S Tubular Solutions, who became a supplier to Indmar. Chuck Rowe made an offer to acquire the company and it’s assets. In addition, he made Maher a job offer as Manufacturing Manger.  In 2009, Indmar acquired Maher’s business and technology.  T & S Tubular Solutions was relocated to Indmars’ manufacturing facility in Millington, TN and Maher accepted the position as Manufacturing Manger.  It wasn’t long before he was promoted to Vice President of Operations.
