TORQEEDO NAMES GREG JUNG VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

Torqeedo has announced that Greg Jung has been appointed vice president of marketing. In that role, he will oversee worldwide marketing and communication strategies for the company, a global market leader in the growing segment of electric marine propulsion.

Prior to joining Torqeedo, Jung was vice president of marketing for Civis Analytics of Chicago. In that role, he was responsible for brand, corporate messaging, events, and demand generation programs for the company’s data science technology platform.

Previously, Jung was vice president of Americas marketing for Teradata Marketing Applications, senior vice president of global marketing and corporate affairs for Bank of America, and a senior consultant at Aprimo, Inc.

Jung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Purdue University, as well as a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in organizational leadership from Butler University. He served on Butler University’s College of Communications Board of Visitors from 2011-14, and he is a board member of the Chicago Metropolitan Sports Association.
