DUAL COLOR LIGHTS ADD ENERGY-EFFICIENT STYLE

Dual Colour Lights

Aug 11, 2020

To minimize the number of fixtures needed onboard, as well as their accompanying wiring runs, some lights have transitioned to dual color output models. Hella marine offers such a solution with its durable yet elegant round EuroLED 75 Dual Color Down Lights. The range provides dependable, energy-efficient LED illumination in white/red configurations suitable for installation indoors or out.

EuroLED 75 Dual Color Down Lights measure just under 3″ in diameter and provide a bright, even spread over a broad area with a diffused 80-degree beam angle. They deliver a full 190 lumen output while drawing only 3W. Completely sealed to IP67 standard, they are ideal for salons, staterooms and helm stations, as well as for wet exterior locations such as cockpits and flybridges.

These Hella marine fixtures enhance a vessel’s appearance with the option of 5,000k white or 2,700k warm white LEDs and either a white UV-resistant plastic or polished 316 stainless steel bezel. Each lamp includes secondary red LEDs to enhance safety and functionality by illuminating areas like helm stations while preserving a person’s night vision.

With a choice of screw- or spring-mounts, EuroLED 75 Dual Color Down Lights come completely pre-wired and sized to fit standard cut-outs for upgrades or new installations. Fully UV- and impact-resistant and guaranteed to not corrode, fade or embrittle in even the harshest marine environments, they are supported by a 5-year warranty. The American MSRP for Hella marine EuroLED 75 Dual Color Down Lights ranges from $55–$65 USD.
