The task of lighting chronically wet environments like harbor facilities, marinas, yards and vessel engine rooms can be a challenge. The NVX15GHGA incandescent fixture from Hubbell Marine is a USCG approved, vapor-tight, non-conductive light ideal for demanding commercial and recreational marine applications.

Featuring a UV-resistant, glass-filled thermoplastic polyester box, this fixture offers long life and trouble-free lighting in harsh, wet conditions. With the ability to operate in environments ranging from -40°F (-40°C) to +302°F (150°C), it’s ideal for locations subject to wide temperature variations.

The heat-resistant glass globe withstands thermal shock, and has thread-type mounting and high temperature silicone gasketing to assure a weathertight seal. A high-strength protective guard cage helps prevent accidental glass breakage. Rated to UL 1598 standard for luminaries and UL 1598A standard for Marine-type luminaries, the fixture accommodates any standard Type A incandescent bulbs up to 150 watts.

The Hubbell NVX15GHGA incandescent fixture is designed for ceiling mounting. A pendant-mount version and wall mount bracket offer flexible installation options.
