The Association of Marina Industries (AMI) just released the 2017 Wage Rate Survey Report. While the data is from the United States, it will have comparative value for Canadian marina businesses.

Coordinated with Marina Dock Age Magazine, the report is based on an online survey that was distributed to American marinas throughout the country in the late spring of 2017.

The survey was completed by over two hundred and twenty marinas.

This report contains information about hourly wages, salaries, and benefits across a range of marina job categories for marinas across the US. Results are shown both nationally and regionally. Use this report to ensure your business is competitive when hiring, positioned to retain good employees, and managing personnel expenses effectively.

To purchase the Report click here or contact malves@marinaassociation.org. The cost is $25 for AMI members and $45 USD for non-members. Anyone who participated in the survey will receive a free copy upon request.

If you completed the 2017 Wage Rate Survey please contact Eric Kretsch atekretsch@marinaassociation.org for your FREE copy.
