With the recent addition of Larson, Larson FX, Larson Escape and Striper to the group, along with increased orders of Carver Yachts, the Marquis-Larson Boat Group is looking to hire members to join its manufacturing team and carry out the mission of crafting boats that allow people to unlock a personal sense of freedom.

“The commitment from our current workforce has been unbelievable, enabling the integration and current production of the four Larson brands and 39 boat models,” said Marquis-Larson President & CEO Rob Parmentier. “But we need to be able to meet the growing need for our products while relieving our current associates, and so we will expand our workforce by 20 percent.”

Marquis-Larson Boat Group will need to fill nearly 70 manufacturing positions in its Pulaski, Wisconsin, factory. These skilled and non-skilled positions include but are not limited to: lamination, assembly, welding, carpentry and upholstery.

“This is an exciting time for Marquis-Larson, and we look forward to building a strong team that will help move the company forward during this time of growth,” stated Paul Liss, Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations.

To inquire about these open positions, contact Marquis-Larson at (920) 822-3214 or hr@marquisyachts.com.
