BENETEAU AMERICA RECEIVES 2014 MARINE INDUSTRY CSI AWARD

Beneteau America

Beneteau America was honoured with the 2014 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award in the Sailboats category to acknowledge its efforts and excellence in customer satisfaction. The announcement occurred yesterday during the annual Industry Breakfast at the 2014 International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) in Tampa, FL.

This year, the Marine Industry CSI Awards honoured 46 manufacturers that actively measured customer satisfaction and pursued continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Beneteau achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence of 94% percent in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers who purchased a new sailboat during the period April 1, 2013 – March 31, 2014.

“As a leader on the sailboat market in North America, Beneteau’s top priority is to cultivate an exceptional ownership experience and to keep raising the bar on customer satisfaction,” noted Laurent Fabre, President of Beneteau America. “We want to share this recognition with our Beneteau dealerships and congratulate them for their endless commitment to improving customer experience and service.”
