Cruisers Yachts Shows 350 and 380 Express Interior Updates

At the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, Cruisers Yachts unveiled interior upgrades on their 350 Express and 380 Express models which focused on the navigational center, stylish fabrics and adding more natural light to enhance the on-board experience. These new interiors bring a mega-yacht feel to these mid-size models.

“At Cruisers Yachts, we believe every design must benefit the overall yachting experience,” said Russ Davis, director of marketing for Cruisers Yachts. “Design trends in the industry have evolved into more sleek and contemporary interiors and with 2012 upgrades our models are not only meeting the demand, they are setting a new standard for the boating lifestyle.”

Starting at the helm, the completely redesigned navigational centers combine the latest technology with rich mocha-colored wood grain inlays. Interior fabrics, all produced at the company’s headquarters in Wisconsin, are available in three varieties: Oceania, featuring earthy and translucent tones; Azure, a twist on the traditional blue and white nautical theme; and Black Diamond, the more European feel with stark black and white colors. Boaters will also enjoy more square finishes and prominently silver-colored fixtures.

“We are finding consumers are interested in larger models and where a larger model is not in the budget, boaters still want the amenities and lifestyle that comes with it. The new interiors bring this idea to life and, as we saw at this years’ Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, are what sets Cruisers Yachts apart from the competition,” said Davis.

With the launch of the 41 Cantius, sister yacht to the much anticipated 48 Cantius, and new interiors, Cruisers Yachts saw increased activity at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show this year. The company saw increases in both retail sales and leads.

About a month ago, I traveled to Charlevoix, MI for a special press event to introduce the H9 to a small group of journalists. This is a 29-foot 11-inch luxury day boat with a 9- foot 2-inch beam and it features a fabulous expansive flat floor all the way from the bow rider area to the transom and the swim platform.
