DOMETIC MARINE HIRES JANINE WAITE AS NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Dometic Marine announced November 24th, the hiring of Janine Waite to serve as the company’s new Vice President of Human Resources.

Janine brings over 23 years of experience in the Human Resources and Labour Relations disciplines, including her most recent position at Tree Island Steel where she was the Senior Director, Human Resources.  Janine thrives in organizations with visionary growth strategies.  Her career so far has spanned industries from international retail, food services, gaming, and industrial manufacturing; supporting and delivering quality people programs at the executive level throughout North America and different parts of the world.  We are excited to have Janine contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit that sets us apart from our competition. 

Janine is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds an advanced certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University.  Valuing continued education, Janine has also completed vocational courses at Ryerson University, and other professional associations.

Working under Dometic Marine President Eric Fetchko as a new member of his Senior Staff, Waite will be working to optimize the Human Resource functions across all Dometic Marine facilities globally and ensuring governance and initiatives from corporate are implemented globally in the Marine organization.
