Four of Brunswick’s rising leaders, Aine Denari, President, Brunswick Boat Group; Carrie Fodor, Senior Manager of Design, Sea Ray Boats; Chioma Aladi, Program Director, Sustainability, Business Acceleration; and Keisha Spicer, Director, Heyday Wake Boats; have been selected by Boating Industry Magazine to its 2022 list of “Women Making Waves.” This annual designation is given to women in the marine industry who have made and continue to make contributions to their company while promoting diversity within the industry.

“I want to thank Boating Industry Magazine for honoring four incredible Brunswick women as part of their 2022 Women Making Waves List,” said Dave Foulkes, Brunswick Corporation CEO. “I am proud of not only Aine, Carrie, Chioma, and Keisha, but all of the outstanding women in our Brunswick family. We continue to create opportunities within our Company to promote women and diversity within our global workforce and in the broader marine industry, and I look forward to celebrating these wonderful accomplishments.”

“This year’s Women Making Waves honorees highlights a number of women from both Brunswick Corporation and its various brands, showing the company’s true commitment to diversity and inclusion in its workforce,” said Adam Quandt, Boating Industry Magazine Editor-in-Chief. “From the design team to leadership and everywhere in between, Brunswick Corporation and its brands are showing the world that everyone has a place in the recreational marine industry.”

Brunswick continues to be recognized for its commitment to diversity. Most recently, the company was named among the top 35 percent of companies on the Forbes list of Best Employers for Diversity – an award Brunswick has won three consecutive years. In 2022, Brunswick has also ranked in the top 20% of Forbes America’s Best Large Employers, the top 15% of Forbes Best Employers for Veterans 2021, and second in the Manufacturing category on the Forbes Best Employers for Women in 2021.
