Assets of Grew Manufacturing in Owen Sound For Sale By Tender

BDO Canada Limited, Receiver of 1673747 Ontario Inc. and 2045227 Ontario Ltd is offering for sale by tender its right, title and interest in the following assets of boatbuilding company Grew Manufacturing:

•           Land, buildings and improvements located at 317574 Hwy 6 & 10, RR 4, Owen Sound, Ontario and;

•           Equipment associated with the boat production business operated on the site by 1673747 Ontario Inc. and 2045227 Ontario Ltd;

•           Inventory of parts, raw materials and used stock associated with the boat production business;

•           Motor vehicles consisting of: (1) 2003 GMC C65, shop built boat trailer and other vehicles; Receiver’s interest, if any, in the trade names “Grew Manufacturing ” and “Profisher Direct”, phone numbers, web site addresses and customer lists as they exist at the date of closing; Receiver’s right, title and interest in all related materials located on site or elsewhere owned by the company.
