Ed McGrath joins Crate’s Lake Country Boats

 

The Crate family and staff are very pleased to announce that Ed McGrath has joined the sales team at Crate’s Lake Country Boats! A well-known figure in the recreational boating community, Ed brings a wealth of experience, an enthusiastic spirit and a straight-forward approach that has earned him the respect of his clients, co-workers and peers through his decades in the business.

 

Ed will be spending the majority of his time between Crate’s Penetang sales offices at Bay Moorings Marina and Beacon Bay Marina. Working in tandem with Sales Consultant Rich Groom, Ed will represent Crate’s Lake Country Boats full product offering  including professional brokerage services, new Regal boats and  quality pre-owned boats.

 

Sales Manager Dan Crate says “We feel very fortunate to have Ed working with us. His vast experience in the industry means he has a tremendous knowledge of new and used boat sales and he knows a ton of people. Ed is a welcome addition to our growing sales team and we know our clients will find him to be a highly knowledgeable and friendly sales professional.” After a brief sabbatical in 2010, Ed says “I’m anxious to get back to work in the boat business, to reconnect with my boating clients and friends, and it is especially exciting for me to work with the Crate family! Their values-based business model and their reputation for exceptional customer service makes me feel very much at home. I am thrilled to open this next chapter in my life and to do it with Crate’s Lake Country Boats!”

 

With the season fast-approaching you will find Ed in his office or walking the docks at Beacon Bay and Bay Moorings.
