The Boating Ontario Association is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Hub International (“HUB”), our well-respected commercial insurance partner who manage the Boating Ontario Insurance Program. Our partnership is now extending to add HUB’s expertise for the creation of an all new employee benefits platform for all Boating Ontario members.

“In January 2019 the membership expressed a clear desire for us to pursue an employee benefits program on their behalf. An extensive review of multiple options took place, and in the end the Board felt that HUB offered maximum benefits coupled with an exceptional service promise along with very favourable rates” said Rick Layzell, Boating Ontario CEO. “The HUB program will work for any member with 3 or more full time employees; their benefits packages allow members to choose from a Bronze, Silver or Gold level platform so each member can truly tailor this new benefit to their specific needs. This ties perfectly into our promise of delivering new Workforce Development tools and to Increasing Membership Value for all members.”
