Ebbtide Names Richard Anderson President of North American Operations

Ebbtide Corporation, manufacturer of fiberglass sports and recreational boats, announced on September 27th that Richard Anderson has been promoted to president of North American operations.

“Richard has been invaluable to the Ebbtide team and he is well-respected in the recreational and sport boating industry,” said Mr. Xianhua Ma, the new owner of Ebbtide.   “He brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the job, and this promotion formally recognizes Richard’s hard work and his ongoing leadership of the team.”   
 
“Ebbtide will continue to grow and expand as a world class boat builder with continued focus on our unique product quality and brand authenticity,” says Richard Anderson, president. “I am also pleased to say Ebbtide will continue working with Tommy Trabue, prior owner and president, in his new capacity as Ebbtide consultant.  We want to thank him for his leadership and are looking forward to long term collaboration.”

Mr. Anderson previously held the position of vice president at Ebbtide Corporation. He has worked in the recreational and sport boating business as a vice president for Wellcraft and general manager for AquaSport.  Early in his career, he worked as a brand manager and regional sales director at Ebbtide as well as regional sales manager for Chris Craft and Wellcraft.
