YBAA E-SEMINAR – Establishing a Client/Prospect Registration Protocol

It takes place Wednesday, August 15th at 12:00 – 1:00 pm Eastern and as an E-SEMINAR, you can join in from the comfort of your own office, home, etc … call-in instructions will be emailed to you after you register.

This e-SEMINAR is open to Principals, Owners and Managers of YBAA and CPYB member firms. Pease take note of our new Participation Guidelines before registering. Participation is limited to the first 20 registrants!

The purpose of this e-Seminar is to discuss a proposed recommended Client/Prospect Registration Protocol and Policy that can be adopted by YBAA  member firms and used as a guide for client/prospect registration and in co-broke situations. This Protocol and Policy can also be used as a guide for appropriate client/prospect registration and co broke arrangements with non association members.
 
Don Finkle, CEO RCR Yachts, Inc, started in the boat business full-time in 1971. He has been with RCR since its founding in 1972, became partner in 1975 and CEO in the late 1990s. Joined YABA (YBAA) in 1986 and was elected in March 2012 to serve for a 3 year term on the YBAA board. RCR currently has four sales locations and two boatyards in Upstate NY and Western PA. RCR represents Beneteau, Back Cove, and J/boats and has won many awards for sales and service over the years. Don has served on numerous dealer advisory councils and other industry volunteer positions. Has been active in sailing event organization, youth sailing, regatta management and has held myriad of volunteer positions in the sport of sailing. Lives in Youngstown NY with wife Heather and has three grown children. Don volunteer to head up a board approved, YBAA Task Team, to establish a courtesy showing protocol and policy that could be adopted as YBAA guidelines.
