Marine Lighting Leader’s 2- and 4-wire Solutions’ Proven Designs Match Seamlessly with Most Vessel Management Systems

IMTRA has created its entire range of 2- and 4-wire PowerLED dimmable light fixtures to be controlled by the industry’s most advanced centralized ship automation and control systems.

Incorporating an open architecture design and reliable pulse width modulation (PWM) interface, IMTRA’s PowerLEDs are designed to provide the ideal means for simple and dependable integration with today’s most popular digital vessel management systems. Able to be controlled equally well from any system’s display monitor or a momentary switch, the PowerLEDs feature drivers that minimize inrush current thus generating very little electromagnetic interference. The mechanically rigid, low-noise components resist electronic vibration resulting in very quiet operation.

“IMTRA has always known the importance of creating complete solutions that work with complementary technologies,” said Eric Braitmayer, CEO, IMTRA. “Our dimmable LEDs are selected by boaters and boat builders alike for their high level of performance, ease of installation, quality of construction, and power savings. They are developed to be fully compatible with most automated control systems on the market.”

“We recently tested the Sigma LED’s with CZone and, just like IMTRA’s 4-wire PowerLED’s, they dim perfectly with both our touchscreen and push-button interfaces,” said Warren Wright, Global Product Manager for Mastervolt Digital Switching. “Being able to dim regulated LED lights is typically challenging for digital switching systems. It is great to see that Imtra has solved this issue.”

Availability

Offered in 4-wire and the newly released Sigma 2-wire versions, the full line of IMTRA PowerLED lighting systems are available through IMTRA’s network of marine retailers, shipyards and marine retrofitters throughout the United States and Canada, as well as online at www.imtra.com
