3 CSI AWARDS FOR BENETEAU IN 2015

Beneteau CSI Awards

Feb 19, 2016

The National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) has announced the recipients of the 2015 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards. Beneteau’s excellence in customer satisfaction was recognized with 3 wins in the Sailboats, Inboard Express Cruisers, and Motor Yachts & Trawlers categories.

Known for its long tradition of superior customer service, Beneteau wins the sailboats award for the tenth time since the program started in 2001. And having reached a sustained level of powerboats sales in the US, Beneteau became eligible to receive the NMMA’s recognition for powerboats for the first time this year.

“Over the last six years, Beneteau powerboats have gained significant ground in North America. This rapid growth did not prevent us from keeping our customers first and delivering exceptional quality of product and service,” commented Laurent Fabre, President of Beneteau America. “This growth is bound to accelerate as Beneteau recently announced the integration of the Four Winns and Scarab brands into its portfolio,” added Fabre.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honour marine manufacturers who attain the highest levels of customer contentment, as decided by the customers themselves. In addition to gathering new boat and engine feedback, the survey measures customer satisfaction with their authorized dealer. Designed to enable marine industry manufacturers to measure and improve customer satisfaction, the NMMA’s CSI program requires manufacturers to survey all known retail consumers of their brands within the first 12 months of boat ownership.
