MICHAEL VOLLMER, LONG-TIME MARINE ARCHITECT NAMED NMMA CANADA 2020 HALL OF FAME INDUCTEE

Michael Vollmer of Vollmer Marine Consulting is the 2020 NMMA Hall of Fame Inductee. 

The announcement was made at the NMMA Canada Boating Industry Breakfast on Tuesday. 

A marine architect, Michael had over 40 years in vessel design (power and sail), and a vibrant consulting service for technical and design solutions. 

The NMMA Canada Hall of Fame was established in 1998 to recognize and honour individuals whose names and deeds are synonymous with the pursuit of quality, innovation, and perfection within the sphere of their expertise; and those who have made or continue to make substantial and lasting contributions toward the advancement of the marine industry. 

It is NMMA’s most prestigious recognition.
