boot 2022 Exhibitor Registration now open online

Exhibitor registration for boot 2022, the largest boat and water sports trade fair in the world , is now open.

The event will be held from January 22 – 30, 2022 at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany. boot 2020 exhibitors can easily register for boot 2022 with their existing log-in and make necessary changes on the registration form. First-time exhibitors will be guided step-by-step through the online application process. North American companies can also email aduering@mdna.com for support.

“With the restart of the water sports industry, boot Düsseldorf also sets sail again! Our exhibitors and visitors can look forward to a complete program for boot 2022. We are setting sail now and working hard to offer all water sports enthusiasts good business, new contacts and a great trade show experience. Everyone interested can already experience how we will safely implement a trade fair for all participants during COVID-19 times at our CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF 2021 trade fair from August 28 – September 5”, stated boot Project Director Petros Michelidakis.

In the times between the trade fair stagings in Düsseldorf, boot is also very active digitally. Together with the Association of the European Boating Industry (EBI) and the German Federal Association of the Water Sports Industry (BVWW), boot organized the digital “International Breakfast Meeting”, where the first European study commissioned by EBI, BVWW and boot Düsseldorf on the impact of COVID-19 on the international boating industry was presented. According to that study the water sports industry has great potential and looks to the coming years with optimism.

For the ocean tribute 2021 award ceremony, boot Düsseldorf also took a new, digital approach. It was presented via zoom to the non-governmental organization Codemar (Coaltition en Defensa de los Mares de Mexico) for its Euqilibrio project. Equilibrio is a free magazine for the protection of the oceans, specializing in Mexican oceans, coastal and marine ecosystems. To view the video of the ocean tribute Award 2021, click here.

Applications for the ocean tribute 2022 have also just started. Associations, institutions and research facilities can now submit information about their ocean protection projects at https://oceantributeaward.boot.de/en/Apply_now. The prize has been awarded annually by the Prince Albert II Foundation, the German Ocean Foundation and boot Düsseldorf since 2017. The award winner will receive Euro 20.000.
