NMMA’s annual badges are now digital!

Aug 24, 2021

The NMMA has announced that for the safety of Industry Representatives attending the NMMA shows, NMMA has transitioned to a new contactless digital MOBILE MARINE TRADE BADGE.

New Security Protocols:

To ensure security of our INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES you will be required to show your mobile MARINE TRADE BADGE on your mobile device each day/time you enter the show—however, you will not need to present any other form of photo ID. This process will streamline your entry to the show and ensure only authorized personnel have access to the show outside of show hours. While the credentials give you access to NMMA’s consumer show(s) we encourage you to provide a name tag to your staff.

Trade badges for the Miami International Boat Show and Tampa Boat Show need to be obtained through Informa Markets by contacting Teresa Kennedy atTeresa.Kennedy@informa.com or Tiffany Fascher at Tiffany.Fascher@informa.com. NMMA trade badges will no longer provide you access to these two events.

Remember, your NMMA trade badge gives you the same access as exhibitors for any NMMA boat or sport show.

• Admission to all NMMA – produced consumer boat and sport shows

• Access to each show two hours prior to opening

Contact Bryan Welsh at bwelsh@nmma.org or 312.946.6276 to learn about the many valuable benefits NMMA member companies receive in addition to complimentary trade registration or learn more here.

SAFETY GUIDELINES: We will also be following the latest CDC, state and local guidelines to ensure your safety, as well as the safety of our staff and guests. As guidance comes in from officials, we’ll continue to update and monitor our practices to ensure the best boat show experience possible.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all hazards arising from, or related in any way to, the Event and release, indemnify and hold harmless NMMA (including its directors, officers, members and employees) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Event including, without limitation, any illness or injury resulting from your attendance at the Event, exposure to an infectious disease (including COVID-19), or the manner in which the Event is conducted, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the Event, howsoever caused and whether by NMMA’s actions, errors, omissions, negligence or otherwise.
