The Marina & Boatyard Study Tour is offering a Fort Lauderdale, Florida area Marina & Boatyard Study Tour ahead of the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show dates. This two-day mobile training course that takes participants on an exclusive tour of marinas for an in-depth look at the operations of several types of facilities. At the end of the day, attendees participate in a facilitated roundtable discussion and SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis of each marina.

Date: October 24-25, 2022 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
