Another successful group of Pre-Employment Program graduate from the Quadrant Marine Institute

Quadrant Marine Institute Pre-Employment Program

Apr 16, 2024

Just over one month ago a new class of Pre-Employment Program students walked out of the door at the Quadrant Marine Institute. As with all classes of students, this group had their own triumphs and trials as they made their way through to completion. Of course, this program would not be possible without the stellar participation of our employer partners!

With two successful renditions under our belt now, we’re more excited than ever to be returning to Vancouver this summer for the third round! The “We Float Boats – Marine Service Pre-Employment Program” is a vital new addition to our training offerings as it not only serves our wonderful community, it also connects people to the incredibly diverse opportunities in the world of small craft marine.

Based on the principles of skills training, employment readiness, and employment placement based learning, all of these students experienced their own unique course. Some have even dived right into a Marine Service Career! So, Congratulations to our Pre-Employment Graduates, and THANK YOU to all the companies that help make it happen!
