Vancouver International Boat Show Deadline is September 5th to receive the Early Bird Rate!

CIBS 2025

Aug 20, 2024

If you were a 2024 show exhibitor then you have already received your space renewal application for the 2025 show.

Thank you to those that have already submitted your application and deposit. If anyone has not received your application, please let us know.

Take advantage of the Early Bird Rate and SAVE!

The Early Bird Rate applies to 2024 exhibitors, as well as exhibitors who were not in the 2024 show and new exhibitors. Any exhibitor who wants to receive the Early Bird rate for the 2025 show will be required to return their signed application and 50% deposit by September 5th.

Applications and deposits received after September 5th will be contracted at the 2025 Regular Rates.

It is important for all 2024 exhibitors to let us know what your Space Request is for 2025 before the September 5th renewal deadline.

Note: only space requests with a signed application and a deposit will be considered during the planning and allocation process. After September 5th, we will begin working on the layout.

We genuinely want to make sure everyone’s space requests are included, and we need to hear from you so that your needs are not left out of our planning. This applies to spaces at BC Place and Granville Island.

We are already receiving space requests from past exhibitors and new requests for space. Therefore, it is imperative to know your plans.

You can return your Application by email to Amanda Henschell (ahenschell@canadianboatshows.com), or call 604-882-8024 to discuss your space needs for the 2025 show.

If you were not an exhibitor at the 2024 show, please download the 2025 blank application form here.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Western Canada’s Largest Sale for Boats, Accessories & More!
