Only toilet with electric and manual flush

Rariton Electric and Manual Flush Toilets

Oct 22, 2024

The PH PowerFlush is the only electric marine toilet available that will also flush manually. This means that not only will the device remain operational no matter the power situation, but because it’s a Raritan, it’ll provide years of reliable, trouble-free service.

The ultra-comfortable PH PowerFlush is available in marine and household bowl sizes, with the pump on the right or left. The included soft-close lid has integrated stops that prevent the seat from sliding when in use while underway. With a base configuration that matches standard mounting bolt patterns, it’s the perfect toilet for OEM and refit applications.

The PH PowerFlush includes Raritan’s proprietary full-size 1.5″ joker valve that delivers superior flow, while virtually eliminating clogs and backflow problems. An innovative air valve allows users to turn off incoming water, but continue to flush electrically or manually without building up pressure in the pump.

When used as an electric toilet, the PH PowerFlush’s powerful drive motor is quiet and highly efficient. The device is offered in 12V and 24V DC to match any vessel’s electrical system. The included rocker switch with stainless steel bezel complements any boat’s décor.

When manual operation of the PH PowerFlush is needed, it’s as easy as removing a bolt and inserting the telescoping lever handle. The massive PHII double-action piston pump is 66% larger than competitive models and built from heavy-duty polymer to prevent corrosion-related issues. The high-performance pump clears the bowl quickly and easily, with fewer strokes.

Made in the USA, the Household-size PH PowerFlush measures 20″ D x 18.25″ W x 13.125″ H. The Marine version is 17.25″ D x 17.75″ W x 13″ H. For owners of a Raritan PH SuperFlush, a conversion kit is available.

Good Advice that You Can Share – The Art of Anchoring

Unless a boat is secured, it will drift away. If it cannot be attached to something secure, such as a dock, piling, mooring buoy, tree, or boulder, it must be anchored. There is much more to anchoring than simply tossing the anchor over the side.

An anchoring system has two parts: the anchor itself and the rode which connects the anchor to the boat. To be effective, an anchor must have good holding power, and the rode must be strong enough to withstand the strains that are put on it.
