HanseYachts AG Reports Strong Results and High Demand

HanseYachts AG

November 11, 2025

HanseYachts AG achieved strong preliminary consolidated results for the period from January to September 2025. Revenue amounted to EUR 105 million, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) totaled EUR 4.9 million. The consolidated profit came to EUR 19.2 million, also influenced by restructuring effects.

With these results, HanseYachts AG confirms its successful restart following the acquisition by Andreas Müller and Hanjo Runde and continues its positive business development.

After a recent period of noticeable market uncertainty, demand has now picked up significantly. HanseYachts AG is benefiting from a stable order situation and a marked increase in market activity.

In the summer, the company introduced short-time work affecting around 20% of its total capacity from July to October to adapt to market conditions. Due to strong incoming orders, production is now running at full capacity again, supplemented by planned Saturday shifts to meet the high demand.

Hanjo Runde, CEO of HanseYachts AG, stated:
“We are currently seeing very positive development across all brands. The market is rewarding our clear strategic direction and the innovative strength of our new models. It is particularly gratifying that, after a short consolidation phase, all our plants are once again operating at full capacity.”

A key contribution to this success comes from the latest model innovations – in particular, the Fjord 490 Open, Fjord 490 Sport, and Hanse 590. These models have received consistently positive feedback and underline HanseYachts AG’s position as an innovation leader in its segments.

Andreas Müller, Müller-Verwaltung, added:
“The new models represent what HanseYachts stands for: quality, design, and passion for sailing and motor yachting. The market’s enthusiastic response to these models is a strong signal for the future of our company.”

Unless a boat is secured, it will drift away. If it cannot be attached to something secure, such as a dock, piling, mooring buoy, tree, or boulder, it must be anchored. There is much more to anchoring than simply tossing the anchor over the side.

An anchoring system has two parts: the anchor itself and the rode which connects the anchor to the boat. To be effective, an anchor must have good holding power, and the rode must be strong enough to withstand the strains that are put on it.
