Godfrey Pontoon Boats Receives 20th NMMA Marine Industry CSI Award

Godfrey Marine, manufacturer of pontoons built with enduring quality and superior craftsmanship, announced that its Godfrey Pontoon brand has been honored with its 20th National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The award, given for superior customer satisfaction throughout the year, was announced on Thursday, Feb. 12 during the Innovation Awards Breakfast at the 2026 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards recognize boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine between Jan. 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2025.
