One Call Increases Boating Safety and Dealer Revenue

The “Power Boating Academy” introduces for Ontario marine dealers, the “Customer Driving Certification Program”.

Dealers can now reduce liability and increase their customer’s boating enjoyment, through a certified customer driver training program. Every dealer wants to know that his customers have the ability to drive a boat properly and safely. There may be a new boater who lacks experience, or the customer could be an old boating pro that simply wants to upgrade techniques. Whatever your customer’s situation, a fun filled Power Boating Academy course is something that benefits everyone.

PBA courses give dealer customers the boating skills and confidence needed to be a better boater. They will enjoy a high-energy, hands-on, quality learning experience. Through polishing their skills and learning driving tips they will become safe boaters on the water and have no worries when it comes to docking. Dealer customers will gain a whole new perspective with professional Power Boating Academy instructors.

Well known Canadian writer and boat tester Bill Jennings, is the Power Boating Academy director. He is a “Master Certifier” and his instructors are captain-qualified professionals. Once a student has completed the 4 to 6 hours of on water training, instructors review performance and reward graduates with a personalized Pleasure Craft Driver Certification for powerboats up to 35 feet. All students receive an information binder and a maximum discount letter from a major Canadian marine insurance company.

Dealers can offer the course to help close a boat sale, or sell it separately.

The Power Boating Academy has established this much needed trade program after 3 years of hands-on driver training to Ontario retail customers. The program valued at $200+ per person, is available to qualified dealers at $150. To book an appointment for your customer(s), or to learn more about the Power Boating Academy dealer program simply call toll free:
