President of Freedom Marine, Don Young, remarks, “Freedom Marine is very excited about teaming with Galeon Yachts. Their innovative designs are the perfect complement to our existing brands, and we look forward to exploring beautiful British Columbia alongside new Galeon owners.”

Freedom Marine is number one in boat sales in Canada between 35-feet and 180-feet and has been servicing Western Canada since 1997. With two locations on Canada’s beautiful west coast, Vancouver and Sidney, Freedom Marine caters to customers looking for performance-driven adventure boats to custom-built superyachts. They have an experienced, well-rounded team with an exceptional work ethic and passion. Their customer-centric focus ensures boaters enjoy every single day on the water.

Founded in 1982 in Poland, Galeon Yachts is no stranger to expanding its European roots. They have been in operation for almost 70 years, with a loyal following in Europe, and since 2016 have been building the same foundation in the US through their exclusive sales partnership with MarineMax, the nation’s largest yacht retailer. Galeon combines traditional boatbuilding skills with new technologies to build components in-house, creating advantages with vertical integration.
